Effects of Job Satisfaction on Job Performance of Sugar Industrial Workers: Empirical Evidence from Bangladesh

The primary objective of the current study was to determine how job satisfaction effects performance sugar industrial workers in Bangladesh. Moreover, this examined level employees Bangladesh’s estate. In quantitative study, respondents filled out a pre-structured questionnaire. stratified random sampling approach used select 300 from five mills industry. Job Performance Indicator (JPI), an 8-item self-rated scale, assess performance, and measured using JSI (Job Satisfaction Index). A regression analysis performed SPSS software for study. Initially, reliability statistics were calculated both scales order their relevance. study’s findings showed strong relationship between employee performance. survey also that, compared respondents’ personal characteristics, job-related factors had greater impact on Furthermore, based among sector Bangladesh does not significantly differ by qualifications or age. addition, found that foremen knowledge worksite than with less experience.
